Clip to Scale collects the information you choose to submit through the enquiry form so the team can understand your project and respond to your request.

Information collected

This may include your name, email address, podcast or company details, website links, publishing frequency, clip volume, package interest, and project notes.

How it is used

Your information is used to assess your enquiry, prepare a relevant conversation, and discuss a possible service scope. It is not displayed publicly.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the site’s private database. Direct public reading, editing, and deletion are blocked. A limited request fingerprint is stored temporarily for spam and abuse protection.

Scheduling and other processors

Discovery calls are scheduled through Calendly, which is embedded on the booking page. Details you enter in the calendar are handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy. No analytics platform or advertising tracker is currently configured.

Retention and deletion

A formal retention period and deletion contact have not yet been supplied by the business owner. These details must be confirmed before launch. Until then, enquiries should be retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage the potential project.

Your choices

Do not submit sensitive personal information, payment details, or account passwords. A verified business contact method for privacy requests will be added when supplied.
